Morris Capital Markets Communications, LLC Announces Affiliation of Senior Financial Executives

New York, NY (June 15, 2000) Morris Capital Markets- Communications, LLC, or (MC²), announced today the affiliation with its organization of senior financial executives Mr. Donald Kleban, Esq. and Mr. David Klassen.  Mr. Kleban and Mr. Klassen will provide consulting and advisory services to the clients of MC².

Mr. Donald Kleban, Esq. is the founder and owner of Westwood Partners Ltd., a New York-based boutique investment banking firm.  He was previously senior managing director and head of investment banking for First Hanover Securities, Inc. where he instrumental in the initial public offering of several companies and as well as structuring several securities offerings.   Mr. Kleban graduated from Alfred University and New York University Law School.  He is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Mr. David Klassen is a former portfolio manager and head of equities for Chase Asset Management. While at Chase, he was responsible for a 35-person investment and research team with $10 billion under management.  Mr. Klassen began his career at Dean Witter Intercapital reaching the position of Vice President and portfolio manager before joining Chase in 1996.   He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
